How do VEYRAN sizes run?
Our cuts are true to size with a modern, slightly tailored fit. If you're between sizes or prefer a relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up. Detailed measurements are listed on each product page.
How long does shipping take?
United States: 5–8 business days. United Kingdom, Australia & Canada: 8–15 business days. All orders are tracked. Shipping is free on orders over $9.99.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also track from your account page at any time.
What is your return policy?
30 days, no questions asked. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the US, UK, Australia, and Canada. Duties and taxes for UK/AU/CA orders are calculated at checkout — no surprise fees on delivery.

How should I care for knitwear?
Machine wash cold on gentle, lay flat to dry. Never wring. A fabric shaver keeps knits looking new for years.
Will my sweater shrink?
Our knits are pre-shrunk, but to be safe: cold wash, flat dry, and they'll hold their shape.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of placement — contact us immediately and we'll do our best.
